I’m a “leccese” born in Varese. I live between Bulgaria and Italy and the main values in my work are: Ethics,  Concreteness and Originality.

After graduating in Economics and Business at the Catholic University of Milan I attended a Master in Management of Training Processes at CTC of Bologna.
 
I am an accredited trainer for the EFA (European Financial Association) and I have been a member of the Italian Public Financial Advisor’s Office since 1998.
 
Since 1996 until today I have had the honor to train more than 53.000 people to whom I am grateful for their patience and for everything they have taught me.
 

My philosophy in training and consulting is based on the Latin motto: “Ludendo Docere”: to teach while entertaining. If you don’t enjoy the lessons, you cannot learn easily. Teaching throgh the best emotions is one of the most effective way to learn.

My specialization in Marketing and Communication has led me to develop the matter of Per-Suasion applied to three main areas:

  1. development of business
  2. sales improvement
  3. leadership excellence 

… even if my “students” tell me that they keep an immediate benefit in the personal sphere.

I have gained a lot of experience in different business areas and in different European countries. 
 
This has allowed me to broaden my methodological perspective and to compare it with different cultural paradigms.

The distillation of these experiences makes my Me.To.Do.® unique and is one of the secrets of success that my clients recognize me with.

From 1990 to 1992 I was employed by the Ministry of the Interior and later I’ve been called to be a business developer for a leading Italian banking group, today called UBI Group.

After 10 years, in the early 2000s, I was chosen to follow the business development of the sales networks of Fineco Vita – formerly Unicredit group – and in 2004 I started working only for my company.

In addition to these primary roles, I have been involved in some organizational consulting activities in the information technology sector, and other communication and marketing activities for companies operating in different fields.
